This is the Zafra 21 Year Old Master Reserve rum, an absolutely ace Panamanian rum which was aged in bourbon barrels for just over two decades. Considering is was blended by a former Maestro Ronero for Havana Club, you can expect a fantastic nose and palate from this expression, packed with juicy fruit (think cherry and sultana), robust vanilla and balancing oak elements.
